2br One Acre& a 1976 partially rennovated mobile home in Turkey NC (brand new septic tank and well) in Boone, North Carolina For Sale

I bought this trailer without realizing the amount of work that it was going to take to finish fixing it up. The people that I bought it from were fixing it up for their young son and his newly pregnant girlfriend/soon-to-be wife. They tore up the floors and put down 2 X 4 floor joists(spelling) and put down new flooring. The put in all new cabintets...Windows... and I moved this trailer to my acre of land. There is a brand new septic tank for a double-wide trailer and a deep water well(that needs a tank and pump). If someone can do plumbing and electrical work (if someone can do the work they will have a decent place to live) I want to sell the acre of land and the trailer for about what it would cost to buy and acre of land that already has a septic tank and a water well )already dug. 16,000.00 (Sixteen thousand dollars) I would keep it but it's going to take me a long time to be able to save the money to do the work.
