Consumer Contact Agent (Call Center) Take incoming calls regarding foreclosure Provide timely and accurate information for incoming customer contacts via phone, fax and email Document all customer contacts in tracking tool Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns Comply with CFPB regulations Perform additional duties as assigned Consumer Contact Agent (Call Center) Highly developed sense of integrity Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing Has “thick skin" and is able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude Strong detail orientation and listening skills Possess strong work ethic and team player mentality Broad knowledge of foreclosure process Ability to communicate foreclosure knowledge clearly and concisely Dependable Must be willing to work a full time schedule Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:30 pm Fluency in Spanish a plus Must comply with Brock and Scott Confidentiality Agreement Desired Skills Previous call center experience preferred Previous customer service experience preferred Ability to operate, personal computer and navigate customer management system Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Responsibilities are not limited to the above and may change, must be flexible and able to handle changes
